About HORDE
Updated: 2026-08
What HORDE is
HORDE is a live-streaming and community platform made for Mongolia. Creators stream live — from a computer with OBS or straight from a phone — and the platform records every stream, cuts highlights into clips with AI, and gives every channel its own rooms: text chat, voice, and direct messages. The idea is simple: under the eternal blue sky, gathered by the fire — a place where Mongolian creators and their communities actually live, not just broadcast.
Who builds it
HORDE is not owned or backed by any company. It is designed, built, and operated by one independent developer in Ulaanbaatar — the servers, the code, the design, and the support inbox are all the same person. That keeps the platform honest: there are no investors to please and no growth targets that would push us to trick you. The trade-off is that things move at the speed of one pair of hands.
Where it stands
HORDE is in early access. The core works — live streams, recordings, clips, rooms, and moderation are all real and running — and the first creators are arriving. Some features are still rolling out gradually, and rough edges get fixed fast. If you find one, telling us about it genuinely helps.
